Please see the pricing page or contact GatherPlace Sales for information on how to activate your account.
To use the VoIP feature the following conditions must be met:
1) A session must be set to use the Advanced Teleconferencing features in order to use VoIP in the session (this is NOT the default setting for meetings).
2) The host must have a headset connected to their computer and have successfully run the Voice Tuning Wizard.
GatherPlace recommends using USB headsets vs. the mini-plug type for the best audio experience.

Guest Options
1) If the session is configured to allow guests to join by telephone they can call into the conference number from their telephone.
The dial in number will display on the web page after they click the Join button from the GatherPlace home page
2) Guests can also use VoIP by downloading our guest version of GP4 from: http://www.gatherplace.net/client
They should click the 'Tune Voice Settings' button once they have downloaded GP4 to set-up the audio before they try to join a session to ensure they have the audio configured correctly.
