If GP5 crashes when you try to share you screen in a meeting, it is most likely due to a permissions issue on one of the desktop image files.
The steps below will show how to run the Mac Disk Utility to fix the permissions on all of the Apple installed files on the Mac which should also correct the crashing issue.

  1. Click the Applications folder in the Dock.

  2. Select the Utilities folder when the Applications folder contents appear.

  3. Select the Disk Utilities icon from the list in the Utilities folder.

  4. Once you have Disk Utility open, select the hard drive in the list on the left side of the utility window.

  5. Click the 'Repair Disk Permissions' down near the bottom.
    It will take a few minutes to run, depending on how many files and users are on the Mac.

  6. Quit the Disk Utility when the repairs are completed.

  7. Join a meeting with GP5 and try to present to make sure it has corrected the crashing issue.
