System requirements differ depending on which of the two methods (GP4/5 or web browser) you use to host or join a GatherPlace meeting.

The majority of hosts and online schools use the GatherPlace software (GP4/5) to host or join a meeting while the majority of guests use their web browser to join a meeting.

If you use the GatherPlace software (GP4/5) to host or join a meeting, please see the GP4/5 requirements below.

For hosts or guests using a web browser to host or join a meeting, please see the Web Browser requirements below.

Note:	This is the default method guests use to join a meeting when clicking on links in email invites or host websites, or when joining from the GatherPlace website.
	For the requirements when using the GatherPlace application (GP4/5) to join a meeting, please see the GP section below.
